Curriculum Matchmaker
After seven years of editing home/school/life, running a hybrid school for homeschoolers, and homeschooling one kid all the way through high school graduation, I have tried pretty much every secular curriculum out there — and I have become famous enough for matchmaking friends and strangers with their best-fit curriculum that my email requests have gotten out of control. So I’m introducing the curriculum matchmaker — if you work through the questions in this form and send it to me, I will respond within a week with a list of personalized curriculum recommendations that I think will be just great with you — plus recommendations for books, podcasts, and other resources you might want to check out based on your homeschool style.
Overwhelmed by all the options? Do you want someone to sort through all the awesome curriculum out there and put together a personalized plan for your specific homeschool? That’s what we’re here for! Answer the following questions, and we’ll get back to you in less than a week with a hand-crafted curriculum list — plus bonus recommendations that we think will help you with your particular homeschool goals. Keep in mind if you’re a new homeschooler that what you want from your homeschool may change over time — that’s totally normal! (And that’s why we ask if it’s your first year homeschooling because we recommend being budget-conservative for the first six months of homeschooling as you find your footing.)
If you’re looking for a curriculum for multiple students, fill in the information for your oldest student, and use the notes section to tell me that you’d like to include younger students in subjects where possible.
